Travel information about vacation/holiday in Serbia

Republic of Serbia is located in the southeast of Europe. Until June 5, 2006 Serbia was part of Serbia-Montenegro, but both countries are now independent. The capital is Belgrade. In this city, the sights are: the boulevard Terazije and the Kalemegdan fortress. Other attractions include: Vojvodina, nature reserve park Carska Bara, Fruska Gora (a valley surrounded by the rivers Danube and Sava), nature reserve park Obedska Bara, the lake Obedska Bara, Donji Milanovac and the national park "Iron Gate".

A map is a simplified depiction of a space, a navigational aid which highlights relations between objects within that space. Most usually a map is a two-dimensional, geometrically accurate representation of a three-dimensional space. The science and art of map-making is cartography; see that page for further discussion of the history of maps and map-making.
