Ukraine is a former Sovjetstaat and bordering on the Black Sea, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova. Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe. The capital is Kiev (Kyiv). Just north of the capital, is where in 1986 the Chernobyl nuclear disaster occurred. There major rivers flowing through the land (the Dnieper of Dnipro, Dnjestr of Dnister and Donets).

A cruise ship is a very large passenger ship, specially designed for holidays on the water. Mostly sunny destinations are on the program, but also Alaska or the South Pole are popular destinations for cruises in summer. Cruises are becoming increasingly popular. The television series The Love Boat from the 70s, recorded on the Pacific Princess cruise ship from the company Princess Cruises, made cruises and cruise ships popular to a large number of people.
